Celebrating Earth Month at School!

More then just Earth Day: Celebrating Earth Month at School!

http://www.earthday.org/blog/2012/03/26/more-then-just-earth-day-celebrating-earth-month-school

This link is fabulous and well worth the read! The Earth Day network, has tons of great stuff on their site for Earth Day and more…. The future depends on the things we do today. We can all benefit right? Seems if people start doing something for a day, then a week, then a month, perhaps eventually, it will just become the way we do things…. It won’t have to be ‘think’ save the planet – we will be ‘doing’ things to save the planet as part of everyday living.

As the 42nd Anniversary of Earth Day approaches, people are becoming frustrated with the failure of governments to take any steps towards protecting and preserving the environment. The Earth Day 2012 campaign is designed to provide people with the opportunity to unite their voices in a call for a sustainable future and direct them towards quantifiable outcomes.
